One of our best friends was getting married in Finland, so a few of us decided to head up for the wedding and make a small trip out of it heading through some of Finlands Archipelagos. There was a few of us in Europe now and it had been a while since we had all hung out in a scenario like this. We spent a few days in a tiny village for the wedding and then headed into the archipelagos.
We spent our time swimming, picking berries, walking through forests, sleeping on the softest moss we had ever come across and just generally talking shit and catching up. Travelling is amazing and sharing that with friends is one of my fondest memories. But being able to sit around with some of your oldest friends in incredibly beautiful places catching up after years of not having seen one another is something else, it’s something special that stays with you for a very long time.
It was a constant string of tiny islands and amazing cabins mostly only seen in dreams.
